Desired Qualifications:
- Master's or doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
- Valid certification or licensure to practice as a School Psychologist
- Experience or training in educational assessments, intervention planning, and counseling within a school environment
- Strong communication, consultation, and collaboration skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical guidelines
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and resourceful in a fast-paced setting
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychoeducational evaluations to support appropriate educational planning
- Work with teachers, administrators, and families to interpret assessment results and recommend interventions
- Provide direct counseling or behavioral support to students as needed
- Participate in eligibility, IEP, and problem-solving team meetings
- Support the development of positive behavior intervention plans and social-emotional learning strategies
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with school and legal requirements
