• You will drive life insurance growth by working with both new prospects and our existing clients, delivering needs-based solutions that provide peace of mind and long-term financial security.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new life insurance business through networking, referrals, events, and outbound activity
• Conduct thorough needs analyses and fact-finding meetings to understand clients protection and financial goals
• Recommend and present tailored Farmers life insurance solutions (term, permanent, and related products)
• Cross-sell life insurance opportunities to our existing personal and commercial lines clients
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships that generate referrals and future business
• Prepare professional proposals, handle the sales process from quote to issue, and follow all compliance requirements
• Track activity and manage a consistent sales pipeline

Requirements

Qualifications

• Active Life & Health (or Life) insurance license preferred; willingness and ability to obtain quickly required
• Proven sales experience (life insurance preferred; strong consultative or relationship-based sales background also considered)
• Excellent communication, listening, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently while collaborating with the agency team
• Genuine interest in helping clients protect their families and achieve financial security
• Goal-oriented with a professional and ethical approach
