A leading pediatric medical center in Fort Worth is seeking an RN Case Manager to oversee patient care and ensure effective communication within healthcare teams. The ideal candidate will have an Associate degree in nursing, strong organizational and interpersonal skills, and at least three years of experience in case management. Responsibilities include planning healthcare strategies, ensuring quality patient care, and facilitating effective resource utilization. Bilingualism is preferred.
