Job Description

10+ years of experience in Application Support, Production Support, and IT Operations within enterprise environments.

• Distributed Application Development, Support, and Operations
• Application Availability, Performance, Incident, Change, Problem, and Capacity Management
• Containerization Technologies and Orchestration Platforms (Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift)
• DevOps and CI/CD Tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI/CD)
• Cloud Platforms (AWS preferred)
• Monitoring and Observability Tools (DataDog, CloudWatch)
• ITSM Processes and Tools
• Defect and Work Management Tools (Jira)
• Strong Customer Relationship and Stakeholder Management
• Production Support Governance and SLA Management
