Outpatient Dialysis Care Lead (RN)

DaVita in Milwaukee is seeking a Charge Nurse / Clinical Coordinator to lead outpatient dialysis care for patients with end-stage renal disease. You will oversee treatment, guide clinical staff, and ensure the highest standards of care and safety. The role requires active RN licensure with CPR, 18+ months RN experience (including 6+ months dialysis), and charge RN readiness.
