HR Onboarding Coordinator — Grow in 24/7 Manufacturing

T1 Energy is seeking an HR Onboarding Coordinator to support our onboarding process and day-to-day HR needs in our Wilmer, Texas facility. You'll help new hires understand benefits and complete paperwork, ensuring smooth shift operations. This role requires 2+ years in HR, admin, or customer service, familiarity with UKG and Microsoft Office, and a professional, discreet approach.
