The Team As part of the Manufacturing organization, Supply Chain secures the materials, equipment, and supplier partnerships required to support manufacturing and business operations. The team builds resilient supply chains while ensuring quality, cost, and delivery performance. The Role We\'re looking for a Global Supply Manager to build and scale Valar\'s procurement function from the ground up. You\'ll own supplier strategy across our supply chain, driving cost, quality, and delivery performance as we move from pilot plant to serial production. This is a high-ownership role — you\'ll set the playbook for how Valar sources, negotiates, and manages supplier relationships at scale, working directly with Manufacturing and Executive leadership to make sure the supply chain never becomes the bottleneck to deployment. Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end supply chain execution for an assigned product portfolio. Driveon-time, on-quality, on-cost delivery to point of use. Partner cross-functionallywith Engineering, Program Management, Manufacturing, and Quality toalign onrequirements, execution, and priorities. Identifyand proactively communicate internal and external supply chain risks. Build, drive, and own mitigation plans. Track supplier execution andmanagecloselyscheduleperformance. Lead recovery and improvement plans across schedule, quality, cost, capacity, and scalability,leveraginginternal and externalresources. Basic Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field. 10+ years of experience in supply chain, operations,or program management. Proventrack recordmanaging suppliers and supply chain performance in a fast-growth, highly regulated environment. Hands-on experienceoperatingin an ERP-driven environment. Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach. Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills. Ability to balance technical depth and Preferred Skills and Experience Master\'s degree inSupply Chain Management,Industrial Engineering,or related field. Nuclear industry experience CPIM certification Start-up | Fast growth company experience a plus.
