We are seeking a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support the daily operations of the Sales & Marketing team while helping create an exceptional experience for prospective residents and their families. What You’ll Be Doing Coordinate day-to-day Sales & Marketing activities, including handling inquiries, maintaining prospect information, and supporting the sales process. Manage CRM data, reports, applicant lists, waitlists, and related documentation to ensure accurate and efficient recordkeeping. Assist with planning and executing sales events, community tours, and outreach efforts for prospective residents. Support move-in and move-out coordination by collaborating with multiple departments to ensure a seamless resident experience. Conduct introductory tours, follow up with prospects, and prepare marketing materials, brochures, and move-in resources. About You Minimum of one year of experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or a related field. Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, or a related field preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM software, and social media platforms. Friendly, professional, and customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
