In this role, you'll be at the heart of integrated drug distribution, directly impacting patient health through effective medication management and education.What You'll Do:Medication Distribution: Accurately filling and dispensing medication orders to ensure patients receive the correct drugs in the proper dosage.Patient Care and Counseling: Monitoring patient drug therapies to check for safety and effectiveness. A key part of your day will be spent counseling and teaching patients about their medications, including how to take them, potential side effects, and what to do if they miss a dose.Providing Drug Information: Acting as a reliable resource for drug information, answering questions from patients and other healthcare professionals.Supervision: Leading and directing supportive staff to ensure the pharmacy runs smoothly and efficiently.Located near Midland, TXWhat You'll Bring:License: Active and in-good-standing Texas Pharmacist LicenseEducation: Pharm DExperience: 3+years of hospital inpatient experience.
