CADC - SUD/IOP Clinician

The Substance Use Disorder/Intensive Outpatient Program Clinician (SUD/IOP) Clinician provides substance use disorder treatment services including biopsychosocial assessments, treatment planning, individual counseling, and group therapy. The clinician works collaboratively with the multidisciplinary care team to support recovery, maternal wellness, and healthy family outcomes. JOB DUTIES Clinical Services Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments Develop individualized treatment plans Provide individual counseling and group therapy services Facilitate relapse prevention and recovery-focused groups Treatment Coordination Collaborate with case managers, peer specialists, and medical providers Coordinate referrals for additional services and supports Documentation and Compliance Maintain accurate documentation within the electronic health record system Ensure compliance with DHS and program documentation requirements Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings Contribute to program quality improvement initiatives QUALIFICATIONS High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field Preferred. CADC credential required. Minimum 2 years of experience providing substance use treatment services Experience facilitating group therapy Experience working with vulnerable populations Knowledge of Illinois DHS regulations and behavioral health services.
