Job Overview A law firm seeks an Energy Associate in Dallas, TX, with 1 to 4 years of relevant large law firm transactional experience to join their Corporate Practice Group. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of experience in energy development and/or energy project finance. Duties Draft energy-related development agreements. Engage in tax equity financing structures. Collaborate with team members on energy projects. Requirements 1 to 4 years of relevant transactional experience. Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills. Excellent academic credentials. Education Juris Doctor degree from an ABA‑accredited law school. Certifications Member of the District of Columbia, Florida, Illinois, New York, North Carolina, or Texas bars, depending on office location.
