Details will be explained during the interview process.Program Administrator IIFunctional Responsibility:Provide administrative support to the Program Management Office (PMO) including activities related to finance, program management, contract administration, and technology asset management for remote Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)Manage assigned task order activities including onboarding of SMEs. Examples include tracking and communication of their progress and training, as well as managing asset issuance, asset maintenance and asset returnsAssist with updating, monitoring, and tracking existing program documents. Examples include Conflict of Interest (COI), direct costs and indirect costs (Ex. Labor, Travel and ODC)Review and process travel reservations and reimbursement vouchers following government regulations and company policyReview, reconcile and process invoices and charges related to business operations (office supplies, Webex, etc.)Maintain and update on-line document repositories (SharePoint, RES, etc.)Assist and support the Senior Project Managers and Program Managers with administrative dutiesAssist Senior Project Managers with responding to contracting and business development tasksAssist with researching, tracking, creating, and updating SME documents and skills (examples include evaluator records, timesheets, invoices, etc.)Oversee and update SME timesheets to assign charge codes and process labor invoicesPerform administrative duties to include: maintaining contact with customers and SMEs through e-mail and phone calls, answer questions and concerns, enter project data, prepare presentations, use Webex and other video conferencingDocument operating procedures and recommend innovative solutions and process improvementsPerform additional duties as assignedEssential Skills:Experience in project administration and data trackingMust be proficient with all facets of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, e-mail, etc.)Must have strong multitasking, organizational, and analytical skills to balance and prioritize workMust be able to effectively work independently (with minimal supervision), as well as part of a teamAble to organize and prioritize multiple overlapping deadlines and help cover other areas during periodic peak periodsMust possess strong administrative skills; exceptional observational, facilitation, and interpersonal skills; strong problem-solving skills; high professional ethics; innovative, creativeMust be willing to learn new skills and technologiesProfessional Experience Required:U.S. citizenship requiredAbility to pass a government background investigation5 years' experience in program administration or similar/related field1-3 years' experience working for a Federal Government Contractor1-3 years' experience working with Federal Travel Regulations1-3 years' experience working in a remote work environmentMust have an established home office work environment free from distractionsReside in EST or CST time zoneProfessional Experience Desired:Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related studyBusiness or program management related certificationsCTS is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
