We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Customer Service Representative to serve as the first point of contact for our customers in our Kissimmee office. This position begins with front desk and customer service responsibilities, but offers an opportunity to develop professionally and potentially advance into an insurance sales or combined sales and service role. Responsibilities Welcome customers and visitors, creating a positive and professional first impression. Answer incoming calls, determine customer needs, and direct inquiries to the appropriate team member. Assist customers with routine service requests, questions, and follow-up communications. Schedule appointments and support the agency’s daily operations. Maintain accurate customer information and document interactions. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure customers receive prompt, professional service. Identify opportunities to assist customers with additional insurance needs and refer them to licensed team members. Develop knowledge of State Farm products, agency systems, and customer service procedures. Take on additional responsibilities as skills, experience, and licensing progress. Qualifications Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a busy office environment. Comfortable using computers and learning new technology. Dependable, punctual, and committed to being a team player. Self-motivated, coachable, and willing to take initiative. Previous customer service, administrative, or sales experience preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus. Previous insurance experience is not required. Must be willing and able to obtain the required Florida insurance licenses within an established timeframe. Agency training and guidance will be provided to support licensing and professional development.
