Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Pennsylvania physical therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required. Experience providing care in home health settings preferred. Ability to document electronically and manage a caseload in a community setting preferred.

Preferred Qualifications Previous travel or per-diem experience in physical therapy. Experience with home exercise program development and patient/family education.
