Additional Job Duties/Skills/Requirements Shop and welding safety knowledge Ability to weld with SMAW, GTAW, GMAW, cutting skills with OFC, PAC AAC, AAG Good fit‑up and assembly skills Ability to troubleshoot lab equipment Maintain shears, torches, electrode holders for GMAW, GTAW, and SMAW Electric and electrical skills Days Needed Monday, Wednesday Times Needed Monday: 7:00 am – 12:00 pm and 6:00 pm – 10:00 pm Wednesday: 7:00 am – 12:00 pm and 6:00 pm – 10:00 pm Posting Date 02/04/2026 Special Instructions to Applicants During the Fall and Spring, student employees may work a maximum of 20 hours per week and must be enrolled in 6 or more credit hours. During the Summer, holiday break, and spring break, student employees may work a maximum of 25 hours per week. Summer only, students must be enrolled in 3 or more credit hours.
