Customer Service Associate - Hiring both Full-Time and Part-Time

About the Role

We're looking for a friendly, dependable Customer Service Associate to join our team. You'll work independently in a clean, quiet environment while helping customers and ensuring their garments receive the highest level of care.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers with garment drop-off and pickup
Inspect, tag, and sort garments for processing
Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
Create and manage customer invoices
Process payments and handle cash transactions
Maintain an organized and professional front counter
Assist with training, social media, and other administrative tasks as needed

Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
Reliable and punctual
Comfortable working independently
Strong attention to detail
Basic computer and phone skills
Ability to communicate professionally with customers

Previous customer service or retail experience is helpful but not required—we're happy to train the right person.
