Welder (MIG / TIG)
We are hiring a skilled MIG / TIG Welder to join a clean, organized manufacturing team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in producing high-quality welds and enjoys working on a variety of projects in a job shop environment. Work will vary week to week, so we are looking for someone who is reliable, adaptable, and comfortable working across different tasks.
Responsibilities
- Perform MIG welding on 1418 gauge material
- Conduct TIG welding on mild steel and stainless steel
- Complete welds in flat and horizontal positions
- Load and unload robotic welding equipment
- Perform grinding and finishing work as needed
- Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
- Inspect finished welds to ensure quality and accuracy
- Assist with additional shop tasks as needed in a job shop environment
Qualifications
- Experience with MIG welding
- Experience with TIG welding
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Experience with grinding and finishing
- Previous manufacturing or fabrication experience preferred
- Welding degree or certification is a plus

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr.
