Required Skills: Board certification or eligibility in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine Valid medical license and DEA certification Superior clinical skills in neonatal intensive care Ability to attend high-risk deliveries and manage complex neonatal cases Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation Proficiency in electronic medical records (Epic preferred) Nice to Have Skills: Experience with NICU workflows and high acuity patient management Skills in neonatal resuscitation and advanced airway management Previous experience attending C-sections and high-risk deliveries Knowledge of hospital operations and multidisciplinary collaboration Preferred Education and Experience: MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school Completion of Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine fellowship At least 2 years of post-fellowship clinical experience in a Level III NICU Other Requirements: Availability for approximately one week of additional coverage per month Willingness to participate in outpatient clinic duties once weekly Reliable 24/7 availability for on-call responsibilities with quick response times Ability to work within a collaborative team environment and adapt to hospital protocols Passion for continuous learning and professional growth This is a fantastic opportunity to advance your career in a supportive and high-quality environment.
