About the Role:

The Grounds Guys of College Station is looking for a motivated and hardworking Team Member to join our Lawn Maintenance crew in Bryan, TX! This is a great opportunity to work outdoors, build real skills in the landscaping industry, and be part of a team that takes pride in making properties look their best. Responsibilities:

Perform routine lawn maintenance including mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing

Operate and maintain landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers

Maintain clean and professional appearance of residential and commercial properties

Follow crew leader instructions to complete daily job schedules efficiently

Load, transport, and unload equipment and materials safely

Identify and report lawn or landscape issues to the crew leader

Maintain a safe and organized work environment on all job sites

Requirements:

No experience required — willingness to learn and work hard is a must

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including heat

Physical stamina to perform manual labor and stand/walk for extended periods

Reliable transportation to and from work

Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a positive team-first attitude

Valid driver's license preferred but not required

Ability to follow directions and communicate effectively with team members
