JLL - Store Operations & Office Services Lead (P3)
Transform at JLL on a prominent Fortune 500 technology client account! You will join our integrated facilities management team at our clients global corporate headquarters.

Location: Austin, TX 78741 (SE Austin)

Work Schedule: Onsite, M-F 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Estimated base salary range: $75,000 - 89,000

What this job involves:

The Store Operations & Office Services Lead is responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the workplace environment within the Texas facilities. This role focuses on creating a productive, safe, and engaging workplace for employees and visitors, with specialized emphasis on store operations management, and office services leadership. The Manager collaborates with various stakeholders, including HR, Facilities, IT, and external vendors, to ensure the effective management of workplace facilities, services, and resources across Oracle's San Antonio and Austin locations.

What your day-to-day will look like:

Store Operations Management (Primary Focus) Austin/Redwood Shores

• Manage end-to-end client store operations including supply ordering, inventory management, and pricing
• Maintain optimal stock levels and product selection based on campus needs
• Process orders, assign pricing, and coordinate product picking and distribution
• Develop and implement efficient store operational procedures and inventory control systems

Office Services Leadership

• Lead mailroom operations and loading dock coordination
• Oversee front desk services, reception, and visitor management
• Manage Audio Visual project requirements and execution
• Proactively identify and address office services needs
• Plan, implement, and manage workplace services and amenities, including conference room management

Space Planning and Allocation

• Manage space utilization, including office layouts, desk assignments, and conference room bookings
• Monitor and optimize space allocation, collaborating with stakeholders to accommodate growth, relocations, and departmental changes

Workplace Health and Safety

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and guidelines, conducting regular inspections and risk assessments
• Implement strategies and programs to promote employee well-being and a safe workplace environment
• Review utility reports in partnership with Blue Ocean and serve as Point of Contact for UTIM (Utilities Management)

Coordination & Communication

• Serve as primary point of contact for San Antonio and work along side with Senior FM.
• Review and approve location-based Slack channel postings for Texas
• Develop and implement effective workplace communication strategies, including newsletters, announcements, and digital signage

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years' experience in workplace experience management, facilities management, office services, or store operations within a commercial real estate or corporate environment
• Strong organizational and inventory management skills

• Knowledge of workplace trends, best practices, and industry standards for creating productive and engaging work environments
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
• Proficiency with ordering systems, inventory management platforms, and workplace management software
• Strong organization and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to address and resolve workplace-related issues
• Customer service orientation and a commitment to providing exceptional workplace experiences
