Opportunity Overview

Our organization is seeking a per diem Board Certified or Board Eligible OB/GYN Physician to become part of our expanding medical team. This role involves providing coverage for the Leave of Absence (LOA) department, requiring the physician to perform comprehensive obstetrics and gynecology services. Responsibilities will include managing cases such as ectopic pregnancies and torsions, along with support for Labor and Delivery and potential office duties. The OB/GYN will also need to be available for gynecological cases that present through the Emergency Department.

Position Highlights:

The physician will be responsible for covering the LOA department and will engage in full-scope OB/GYN practice. This may encompass office coverage, Labor and Delivery, and handling GYN cases from the Emergency Department, including ectopic pregnancies, torsions, and more.

Location: Castro Valley, California (Eden Hospital and medical office located at 20101 Lake Chabot Road)

Qualifications:

• Possession of an active and unrestricted California medical license
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
