Dental Director in Dover-Foxcroft Area
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Dental Director to join our team in the Dover-Foxcroft area. As the Dental Director, you will play a key role in providing leadership and oversight to our dental services, ensuring high-quality care for our patients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical leadership and guidance to the dental team
- Develop and implement dental care protocols and procedures
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
- Manage day-to-day operations of the dental clinic
- Oversee budgeting and financial management for the dental department
- Participate in hiring, training, and evaluating dental staff
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated patient care
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Active state dental license in good standing
- Proven experience in a dental leadership role
- Excellent clinical and communication skills
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
- Knowledge of dental practice management software
