Full time Supervisor

About the Role Supervisor contributes as an integral member of the store management team by: Creating a high‑energy, engaging store experience, engaging consumers, modeling service behaviors, and coaching associates on sales training. Proactively resolving consumer concerns in line with company policy and customer satisfaction. Partnering with the store manager on elevated consumer issues. Participating in training new hires and current employees on LS&CO culture, product knowledge, service practices, loss prevention, store policy and programs. Partnering with store management to set expectations, coach, and foster engagement, retention, and talent. Delivering formal performance feedback in partnership with store management. Handling all cash, merchandise operations—including shipment processing, floor setup, markdown, and replenishment—while maintaining standards. Performing store procedures in compliance with store policy. Working with the Store Manager, Associate Manager, and Assistant Store Managers to adapt business strategies and meet or exceed sales and performance goals daily. Supervising the store team when another member of management is absent. Complying with all Levi's® Stores policies, procedures, and programs and following store management directives. About You Enjoy being busy and juggling multiple tasks in a fast‑paced, deadline‑oriented environment. Collaborative role model exhibiting behaviors aligned with the company culture of inclusion and belonging. Self‑starter with a growth mindset, enjoys learning new tools, and adapts to new initiatives. Progressive retail leadership experience with proven skills in supervising, coaching, and training. Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts. Ability to perform all essential job functions and lift up to 40 pounds. Location North Bend, WA, USA Compensation Pay range: $18.80 – $31.30 per hour, varying with experience and qualifications.
