Contract Location: San Francisco, CA Skill: Oracle HCM Cloud Configurations and Experience: Min 8 to 13 Years Role – Fusion HCM Techno Functional Consultant (Core HR, Talent Management, Absence, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Learn, ORC, HR Helpdesk)

Note - This role requires more Technical expertise & experience than Functional – 70% Technical and 30% Functional). Look for Fusion HCM Techno Functional candidates who has good knowledge and exp. in Fusion HCM Technical Component development using Tools like HDL, HSDL, HCM Extract, BIP, OTBI, Fast Formula, SQL and has worked in the implementation, Support projects which includes Fusion HCM - Core HR, Talent Management, Absence, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Learn, ORC, HR Helpdesk modules including Security, Workflow, BPM, Personalization, Value Set, Lookup, Flex Field configuration. Candidate is expected to be very good at Technical skills and should have fair understanding & functional knowledge in the modules mentioned above.

• Bachelor's Degree in IT or equivalent
• Must have worked as a Fusion HCM Techno Functional consultant in implementation, Support projects involving Fusion HCM - Core HR, Talent Management, Absence, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Learn, ORC, HR Helpdesk modules including Security, Workflow, BPM, Personalization, Value Set, Lookup, Flex Field configuration.
• Should have fair understanding and functional knowledge in Fusion HCM modules which are mentioned above.
• Must have very good knowledge & experience in developing technical components using available Fusion HCM Tools like HDL, HSDL, HCM Extract, BIP, OTBI, Fast Formula, SQL.
• Must have worked as Fusion HCM Techno Functional Consultant in at least 2 implementation projects involving above HCM modules.
• This position requires skills to develop solutions and designs for systems integrations, data conversions, reports, data extracts, fast formulas.
• Development of key business reports using OTBI, BI Publish and HCM extract tools.
• Development of Internal and External integrations using HCM Data Extract and OIC
• Development of complex fast formulas and configuration of necessary flex field configurations within the system to meet business requirements.
• Research and implement new features and functions within the Cloud SaaS environments.
• Work extensively with technology systems analysts, developers, testers, system administrators to collaborate and develop application security solutions which meet the technology and business requirements for all applicable testing and production environments.
• Must have hands-on experience with developing solutions in Oracle HCM Cloud. Knowledge with HCM Data Extract, Fast Formula, OTBI/BI Publisher is required.
• Must have a strong understanding of the Oracle HCM Cloud data model.
• Must have experience building complex SQL statements within database tools and reporting applications.
• Knowledge of HR and Payroll business processes, tasks, and underlying table structures
• Data and analytical and troubleshooting skills required.
• Having experience with descriptive/extensible flex fields, HDL, spreadsheet loader, functional configuration manager, fast formulas, user defined tables, value sets, value set queries is a plus.
• Techno-functional experience in Oracle HCM Cloud is highly desired.
• Experience in project lifecycle from documenting requirements to troubleshooting & support for the mentioned HCM modules.
• Must have very good communication skills, Attitude and teaming skills.
• Experience in project lifecycle from requirement gathering & analysis, solution design & development, troubleshooting & support, documentation, status reporting etc.
• Exp. & Knowledge in OIC is must.
