Five Star Staffing is actively recruiting POLISHED, EXPERIENCED, AND MOTIVATED APARTMENT LEASING PROFESSIONALS for exciting opportunities throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex!
We're looking for leasing professionals who know the apartment industry, can turn tours into leases, and are ready to hit the ground running!
APARTMENT LEASING EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED!
Tax Credit/LIHTC experience is a PLUS!
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a PLUS!
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING- Greet prospects, conduct engaging apartment tours, and close leases.
- Convert phone inquiries and online leads into scheduled tours.
- Process rental applications, verifications, and leasing paperwork.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain accurate traffic and leasing records.
- Assist with resident relations, retention, and daily leasing office operations.
- Maintain knowledge of property availability, pricing, specials, and competitors.
- Support outreach marketing and help achieve occupancy goals.
- Inspect vacant apartments for move-in readiness and maintain community appeal.
- Previous apartment leasing experience REQUIRED – NO EXCEPTIONS!
- Strong sales, closing, and customer service skills.
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and excellent communication.
- Experience with property management software preferred.
- Tax Credit/LIHTC experience a plus.
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
- Reliable transportation.
- Must pass required background screening and drug testing.
