We are searching for an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our team at Greenline Diesel & Auto Repair in Jacksonville, NC.

We are looking for someone who genuinely cares about people, communicates well, and takes pride in making customers feel taken care of.

The right person can listen to a customer’s concerns, explain what their vehicle needs, and confidently present recommended services and repairs.

We do not believe in high-pressure sales. We believe in trust, education, communication, and giving customers the information they need to make the best decision for themselves.

This role is extremely important to the success of our business. Your primary responsibility is to take care of our customers while professionally presenting and selling the services and repairs recommended by our technicians.

You must be great with people, organized, confident, honest, accountable, and comfortable having important conversations with customers.

The ability to communicate clearly, manage multiple repair orders, build relationships, follow established processes, and go above and beyond for the customer is key to being successful here.

We are looking for someone who understands that great customer service means communicating, following through, solving problems, paying attention to the details, and making sure the customer genuinely feels cared for.

Pay will vary based on ability, experience, and performance. If you are the person we are looking for, you will be compensated well.
