What You’ll Do

• Craft smoothies and drinks to order with speed, consistency, and care — every cup should be something you’re proud of
• Restock and track inventory — keep product levels monitored, flag low stock, and help ensure we never run out of what we need
• Maintain an outstanding clean and organized workspace — we hold a high standard and expect you to own it, not just meet it
• Assist with light food prep — supporting the team with preparation tasks to keep things running smoothly
• See things out of place and correct them — whether it’s a misaligned display, a spill, or a process that’s off, we want someone whose eye catches it before a customer does
• Operate POS systems such as Square and handle cash — process transactions accurately and confidently, keeping the checkout experience smooth and professional
• Follow all food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures — maintaining a safe environment for both staff and customers is non-negotiable and a standard we hold everyone to
• Deliver exceptional customer service — going above and beyond isn’t a phrase here, it’s the expectation. Learn names, remember orders, make people feel genuinely welcomed.

• Previous café, smoothie, or food service experience is a plus but not required
