Key Responsibilities

• Build and deploy ML & GenAI models (Gemini, GPT-4, Claude, etc.)
• Develop end-to-end ML pipelines (data prep → training → deployment → monitoring)
• Integrate AI solutions into enterprise platforms (e.g., Salesforce)
• Ensure Responsible AI practices (fairness, privacy, compliance)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business-ready solutions
• Drive architecture decisions and mentor teams (Senior/Lead level)

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in AI/ML Engineering
• Strong Python skills with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangChain
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI / LLMs
• Cloud expertise – GCP (Vertex AI) & Google CCAI required
• Experience with enterprise integrations (Salesforce preferred)
• Primary Skills: GCP, Vertex AI, Google CCAI, Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangChain, Generative AI, LLMs

Nice to Have

• CRM platform experience
• Knowledge of Responsible/Ethical AI
• Agile, DevOps, or MLOps experience
• Leadership/mentoring experience
