We are seeking an outgoing, purpose-driven Community Outreach Representative to join our local campaign team. In this entry-level role, you will leave the desk behind to connect face-to-face with the public, spreading awareness and driving engagement for our client brands. We hire for attitude and train for skill—no prior experience is necessary to make an immediate impact.
Key Responsibilities- Connect face-to-face with diverse audiences in community spaces, delivering energetic and professional brand messaging.
- Drive local engagement by sparking authentic conversations that turn everyday impressions into real, loyal customers.
- Collaborate daily with our collective team to share communication strategies and refine campaign outreach methods.
- Act with integrity as a field representative, ensuring your interactions build positive public trust for the brands we protect.
- Comprehensive ground-floor coaching in public speaking, active listening, and localized marketing.
