We’re hiring an experienced Registered Respiratory Therapist for a home health provider in Davenport, IA. The clinician will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate treatment and care for patients with breathing disorders in a community-based setting. The position requires independent clinical judgment, strong patient education skills, and the ability to coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams.

Minimum Qualifications:

Associate or bachelor’s degree from an accredited Respiratory Therapy or Cardiopulmonary Science program.
Current state Respiratory Therapist license in good standing with the Iowa licensing board.
One year of experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT).
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Experience providing respiratory care in home health or community-based settings preferred.
Experience with ventilator management, oxygen therapy, and pulmonary function testing preferred.
Ability to travel within assigned service area and provide care in patients’ homes.

Preferred Qualifications

Advanced certifications such as Neonatal/Pediatric Specialty (if applicable) or Certified Pulmonary Function Technologist preferred.
Prior experience with electronic medical records and documentation in home health settings preferred.

Assignment Details

Shift hours: 1800–0630.
Every other week schedule noted (EOW) and works one holiday.
Position requires providing care in patients’ homes and may require travel within the service area.
