Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in O\'Fallon, MO, for an Insurance Account Representative. The individual will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, managing client accounts, providing outstanding customer service, and offering insurance solutions tailored to client needs. Additionally, the representative will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, educating clients on products and services, and conducting training sessions as needed to enhance client understanding of insurance offerings. Qualifications Account Management and Customer Service skills for effectively managing client expectations and delivering personalized support Strong Communication skills to explain insurance products clearly and build positive client relationships Sales expertise in identifying opportunities and effectively presenting tailored insurance solutions Experience in providing Training and education to clients regarding insurance products and services Highly organized with attention to detail and an ability to meet deadlines Proficiency with CRM tools and basic office software State insurance license or the ability to obtain one within a specified time frame Previous experience in insurance, sales, or a related field is preferred but not required Base salary plus commission Expected earnings range: $40,000-$80,000 #J-18808-Ljbffr
