About the Company 30+ years in business Approximately $200M in annual revenue Team of roughly 80 employees Strong backlog and excellent project pipeline Set to have their best year to date High-end retail Commercial projects Mission-critical facilities What You'll Be Doing Assist Project Managers with day-to-day project execution Manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation Coordinate with subcontractors, clients, architects, and field teams Track project budgets, schedules, and procurement activities Attend project meetings and help drive projects to successful completion Support multiple projects ranging from tenant improvements to larger commercial builds Project Types Corporate office interiors High-end retail Commercial renovations Mission-critical work Typical Project Size $50K to $6M+ Average project size between $1M and $2M Approximately 8,000 to 10,000 SF What They're Looking For 2+ years of experience with a General Contractor Experience supporting commercial construction projects Knowledge of project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and change orders Strong communication and organizational skills Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred Why Consider This Opportunity?
