Front Desk Agent
Welcome guests with a warm, professional, and positive attitude.
Complete guest check-in and check-out efficiently and accurately.
Provide information about hotel amenities, services, local attractions, and dining options.
Handle guest requests, questions, and concerns professionally and promptly.
Process room charges, payments, and other transactions accurately.
Maintain accurate guest records and follow hotel procedures.
Answer and direct telephone calls and respond to guest inquiries.
Communicate effectively with Housekeeping, Maintenance, Food & Beverage, and other departments.
Monitor room availability and assist with room assignments.
Follow Hilton and hotel standards for guest service and security.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area.
Address guest concerns and escalate issues to management when necessary.
Promote hotel services, amenities, and loyalty programs when appropriate.
Protect guest privacy and confidential information.
Work as part of a team to ensure a smooth and memorable guest experience.
Requirements:
Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred.
Previous Front Desk experience is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly, professional, and welcoming personality.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer skills; experience with hotel property-management systems is a plus.
Professional appearance and strong personal hygiene.
Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
Must have a flexible schedule based on hotel business needs.
