Compensation: $36-$40/hour tips included.

What We're Looking For

Craft Exceptional Drinks:

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and creativity.
• Stay informed about our drink menu, including seasonal drinks and unique ingredients.

Provide Attentive Guest Service:

• Greet guests warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere at the bar.
• Engage in friendly conversation to understand guests' preferences and make personalized recommendations.

Take Accurate Orders:

• Record drink orders accurately and communicate them effectively to ensure a seamless service experience.
• Verify order details with guests to ensure their satisfaction.

Maintain a Clean and Organized Bar:

• Keep the bar area clean, organized, and stocked, ensuring all tools and ingredients are readily available.
• Follow proper sanitation and food safety procedures.

Anticipate Guest Needs:

• Pay attention to guests' cues, offering timely drink refills and responding promptly to requests.
• Handle guest concerns or complaints with professionalism, seeking assistance when necessary.

Foster a Collaborative Team Environment:

• Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to coordinate drink orders and ensure a smooth workflow.
• Support fellow bartenders and staff during busy periods.

Showcase Knowledge and Enthusiasm:

• Share your passion for mixology and educate guests about our drink offerings.
• Stay informed about industry trends and be prepared to introduce new cocktails or drink concepts.

What We Offer:
