Seeking a Senior AI Agent Developer to design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise conversational AI agents using GCP, GECX/Dialogflow CX, and Vertex AI.
The role focuses on multi-cloud integration with Azure and ServiceNow, automated CI/CD, conversational testing, and AI agent architecture within a SAFe environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement conversational flows, intents, route groups, webhooks, LLM-powered tools, and fallback workflows using GECX/Dialogflow CX.

Develop REST APIs, microservices, and fulfillment services using Python, .NET, TypeScript, and JavaScript while integrating Azure and ServiceNow platforms.

Build Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks while optimizing SQL queries and supporting SAFe Agile delivery.
