Delivery Driver - FedEx Ground

Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities

Dayton, NJ

We are a growing Independent FedEx Ground Contractor operating out of Dayton, NJ, seeking dependable, motivated, and customer-focused individuals to join our team.

Whether you're an experienced driver or looking to start a new career, we provide paid training and opportunities for advancement. If you enjoy working independently, staying active, and being part of a fast-paced team, we'd love to hear from you.

Qualifications

Must be at least 21 years old
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to pass a drug screening, including marijuana
Clean criminal background
Ability to lift, carry, and move packages up to 100 lbs.
Ability to work safely in various weather conditions
Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Must be able to speak and understand English

Responsibilities

Safely operate a company owned delivery vehicle
Deliver packages accurately, safely, and efficiently
Provide outstanding customer service
Load, secure, and protect packages during transport
Perform daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance concerns
Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude while representing FedEx
