This position requires working 4x10 hour shifts with a mix of days and evenings, including call duties.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) to provide exceptional care in a surgical setting. This role entails collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure high standards of patient care and safety during surgical procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist in surgical procedures and provide direct patient care.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and respond to any changes during surgery.
• Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to infection control protocols.
• Collaborate with surgeons and other medical staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Conduct preoperative assessments and provide education to patients and their families.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid RN license in the state of employment.
• Experience in an operating room setting is preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certification required.
