We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team and provide exceptional care in a supportive, resident-focused environment.

Current Openings

• Weekend RN/LPN - First Shift (6:00 AM - 2:00 PM)
• Part-Time RN/LPN - Third Shift (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM)
• 16/24 Status RN/LPN Position - Work only 3 weekends per month while enjoying an enhanced pay rate. This flexible schedule is ideal for those with busy weekday commitments.

Key Responsibilities

Registered Nurses (RNs)

• Supervise LPNs, CNAs, and support staff
• Assess residents and implement appropriate clinical interventions
• Participate in care planning and ensure care plans are consistently followed
• Maintain accurate documentation and medication compliance
• Deliver compassionate, high-quality resident care

Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)

• Supervise CNAs and support staff
• Monitor residents and provide appropriate interventions
• Assist with care plan development and communication
• Maintain professional documentation standards
• Deliver respectful, resident-centered care

Qualifications

• Current RN or LPN license in the State of Wisconsin
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to providing exceptional care and support to residents
