This role will contribute to CI/CD pipeline development, platform automation, security integrations, and emerging AI-powered operational workflows that improve developer productivity and platform reliability.Working closely with platform, security, and software engineering teams, you will help implement solutions that enhance the software delivery lifecycle while supporting secure and scalable infrastructure.This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys automation, cloud technologies, modern DevSecOps practices, and exploring practical applications of AI within engineering operations.ResponsibilitiesCI/CD & Platform EngineeringContribute to the development, maintenance, and enhancement of secure CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and related toolingDevelop and maintain automation that improves deployment consistency, operational efficiency, and developer experienceAssist with implementation and support of cloud-native applications and platform servicesSupport containerized application deployments within Kubernetes environmentsTroubleshoot pipeline, deployment, and runtime issues in partnership with engineering teamsDevSecOps & Security AutomationImplement and maintain security scanning tools including SAST, DAST, and SCA within CI/CD workflowsAssist with integrating security controls throughout the software development lifecycleSupport secure management of secrets, credentials, and identity access controlsContribute to policy-as-code initiatives and automated compliance controlsPartner with Security teams to implement practical security guardrails that align with engineering workflowsAI-Enabled Engineering AutomationAssist in developing AI-assisted workflows that improve operational efficiency and developer productivityContribute to retrieval-based solutions that provide access to engineering documentation, runbooks, and operational knowledgeSupport implementation of agent-based automation using modern AI frameworksApply established security, governance, and monitoring controls when integrating AI capabilities into engineering workflowsParticipate in evaluating AI solutions for effectiveness, reliability, and operational valueCloud Infrastructure & OperationsSupport cloud infrastructure running within AWS, Azure, or GCP environmentsAssist with infrastructure automation and configuration management activitiesParticipate in monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident response activitiesContribute to platform observability and operational improvementsCollaboration & Continuous ImprovementParticipate in design discussions, code reviews, and knowledge-sharing activitiesDocument technical solutions, operational procedures, and engineering standardsCollaborate with engineers across Platform, Security, and Product teamsContinuously develop skills in cloud, DevSecOps, platform engineering, and AI technologiesHow You'll Spend Your Time - Dallas Infomart Office DAI : 118,000 - 176,000 USD / AnnualOur pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location.The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits.
