Warehouse Associate

Job Title: Warehouse Associate Industry: Manufacturing Location: Battle Creek, MI Shift: 8 hour shift, overtime available Interview Process Interview and facility tour Client Overview You'd be working at a corrugated packaging manufacturing plant, managing the parts and tool crib that keeps machines and equipment running. This means organizing, tracking, and issuing mechanical and electrical parts to the maintenance team. Top 3 Skills Parts and inventory organization Basic mechanical and electrical component knowledge Tool crib and stockroom management What You'll Do Organize and clean totes and inventory in the parts crib Count and track inventory of mechanical and electrical parts Assign parts to maintenance staff as needed Sort materials on the sort line as needed Help out in other areas of the facility as assigned Follow all safety requirements, including wearing steel toed shoes or boots What We Need From You 3 to 5 years of relevant experience Strong organizational skills Basic mechanical part knowledge Basic electrical component knowledge Steel toed shoes or boots required Preferred / Bonus Forklift experience or license (note: this req also states WestRock does not permit contract employees to operate motor vehicles at this site, so this preference should be confirmed with the client before being advertised) About Elevait Elevait Solutions was founded by veterans who believe that how you treat people is the only thing that actually matters in this industry.
