Senior Financial Analyst

You won't be inheriting someone else's playbook; you'll be writing your own.

What you'll own:

• The annual budget and rolling forecast models — assumptions, templates, timelines, version control
• The monthly financial performance package for Finance leadership and executive review
• Variance analysis (actuals vs. budget, forecast, and prior periods) that surfaces real risks and opportunities
• KPIs, dashboards, and reporting that leadership actually uses — plus the narratives and recommendations behind them

What you'll bring:

• Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field
• 4–7 years in FP&A, corporate finance (manufacturing, CPG, retail, etc.), insurance finance, or regulated financial services
• Advanced Excel modeling and strong PowerPoint / executive presentation skills
• A confident communicator who can partner across finance and non-finance teams alike

Nice to have: Power BI / SQL / ERP experience; CPA, CFA, or MBA.
