CT Technologist

Allied Health Professional – CT Technologist Contract: On‑site, 12‑hour day shifts, 3 days per week. Pay: $17–$20 per hour with a weekly base salary of $612.00–$720 and a $1,491 weekly stipend. Start date: 6/15/2026. Duration: 13 weeks. Shift Day Shift 12 Hour (7:00–7:30 p.m.) Experience and Qualifications Minimum of 2 years experience as an allied health professional. BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA). Registered Radiologic Technologist in the state of practice with registration from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT). Associate degree in Radiologic Sciences (Bachelor’s degree preferred). Key Skills and Abilities (KSAs) Computer skills for data entry and retrieval of information. Effective verbal and written communication, with the ability to present information clearly and professionally. Proficiency with Windows applications and role‑specific software packages. Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail. Experience performing complex, hazardous tasks and detecting equipment malfunctions. Ability to interact courteously with a diverse group of internal and external visitors in a high‑stress environment. Curiosity and interest in learning new procedures. Knowledge of and compliance with all federal, state, and local radiation regulations. Flexibility to work a 24/7 schedule, including weekends, holidays, and on‑call availability. Job Duties Assist the team with patient setup and preparation before procedures and clean up afterward using safe transfer techniques. Document procedures in the log to ensure accurate billing and charge capture. Operate radiographic fluoroscopy equipment to obtain diagnostic images of coronary and peripheral vascular disease; monitor patient hemodynamics and report values to the physician. Monitor radiation dose delivery to achieve safe exposure for patient and staff. Transmit, archive, and retrieve digital images via PACS. Perform quality control and routine maintenance of fluoroscopy equipment. Adapt interactions to the specific patient population, respecting privacy and communication preferences. Perform other related duties as assigned. Maintain knowledge of current federal, state, and local laws, accreditation standards, and regulatory requirements; ensure compliance. Physical and Environmental Demands Requires occasional exertion of 20–50 pounds and frequent exertion of 10–25 pounds; may involve continuous light lifting. Duties include exposure to blood, body fluids, communicable diseases, hazardous medications, and contaminated waste. The role requires working in a patient care area with direct patient interaction.
