Construction Estimator

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Estimator to join our team in Austin. As a Construction Estimator, you will play a key role in our construction projects by providing accurate cost estimates and ensuring that projects are completed within budget.

Responsibilities:

Analyze project drawings and specifications to prepare comprehensive cost estimates
Identify potential cost-saving opportunities
Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to gather necessary information
Review and evaluate project plans and specifications
Prepare detailed material and labor estimates
Monitor and track project costs throughout the construction process

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
Proven experience as a Construction Estimator
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods
Proficiency in estimating software and tools
Excellent analytical and mathematical skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
