Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct thorough mental health assessments using standardized tools and interviews to identify patients' unique needs and create tailored treatment plans.

  • Implement evidence-based intervention strategies, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused brief therapy, to support clients through their therapeutic journeys.

  • Facilitate online psychoeducational workshops and support groups aimed at enhancing patients' understanding of mental health issues while cultivating community support.

  • Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and other therapists, to develop coordinated care approaches that best serve our patients.

  • Provide crisis intervention services for individuals in acute distress, ensuring they receive immediate and compassionate care.

  • Educate patients on available treatment modalities, coping strategies, and local community resources, promoting their autonomy in managing mental health.

  • Must possess current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in Washington State.

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively assess clients and equally develop engaging treatment plans tailored to individual needs.

  • Experience in providing therapy to diverse populations is preferred, demonstrating cultural competence in mental health care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
