AE - Brand Ambassador (Sales Associate)

Your Role As a part‑time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day. Your goal is to provide every guest in the store with an amazing shopping experience, making their day better than before they came in. You are the face of our company, proud of it, and passionate about building brand loyalty with every guest. Most of all, you represent our values and bring your real self to work. Your Responsibilities Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with guests and help them find exactly what they’re looking for, with a “friends first” mindset. Educate guests on AEO and Aerie products and make product suggestions to fit their needs. Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests. Flex between the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed. Proactively resolve guest concerns while sticking to company policy. Assist the team in getting the job done. Act with integrity and adhere to AEO’s policies and procedures. Qualifications Love interacting with people. Full of energy and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment. Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. A passion for AE and Aerie products. Previous retail experience. At least 16 years of age.
