Senior Sap Platform Engineering Integration Lead

Cardinal Health, Inc. is a global, integrated healthcare services and products company connecting patients, providers, payers, pharmacists and manufacturers for integrated care coordination and better patient management. This role combines deep SAP technical expertise, integration architecture leadership, and strategic platform ownership. You will lead modern integration patterns, middleware transformation, and AI-ready platform capabilities while mentoring internal and offshore teams.

Responsibilities include defining and owning enterprise SAP integration strategy supporting S/4HANA migration, architecting scalable solutions using SAP BTP Integration Suite and APIs, leading middleware modernization, driving SAP platform performance and continuous improvement, enabling AI-ready platform capabilities and event-driven architecture, establishing clean-core governance and integration standards, and mentoring engineering teams and reducing dependency on external vendors.

What is expected of you and others at this level includes applying advanced knowledge and understanding of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to manage a wide variety of projects, participating in the development of policies and procedures to achieve specific goals, recommending new practices, processes, metrics, or models, working on or leading complex projects of large scope, providing solutions which may set precedent, independently determining the method for completion of new projects, receiving guidance on overall project objectives, and acting as a mentor to less experienced colleagues.

Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience, 8-12+ years of SAP platform engineering experience, expertise in S/4HANA, ECC, RISE, and SAP architecture, strong experience with SAP Integration Suite, APIs, and integration protocols, experience in SAP transformation and migration programs, cloud platform experience (Google Cloud preferred), and excellent communication skills.

Anticipated salary range: $123,400 – $176,300. Bonus eligible: Yes.
