- Design and produce high-quality 3D motion graphics and animations for user interfaces, including in-vehicle displays, mobile apps, and web experiences
- Translate interaction and UX concepts into motion systems that enhance usability, clarity, and delight
- Develop prototypes, transitions, micro interactions, and system-level motion language
- Collaborate cross-functionally with UX/UI designers, engineers, and product teams to ensure seamless integration of motion into the product
- Partner with Industrial Design, brand, and marketing teams to ensure visual consistency across digital and physical touchpoints
- Optimize motion assets for performance across platforms and hardware constraints
- 5+ years of professional experience in motion design, 3D animation, or a related field
- Strong portfolio demonstrating 3D motion, interaction design, and storytelling within digital product environments
- Expertise in industry-standard tools such as:
- Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar 3D software
- After Effects and/or other motion design tools
