The CRM & Automation Manager is accountable for the development and execution of Providence St. Joseph Health's marketing automation journeys.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree Marketing or Business. Or equivalent educ/experience
• 2 years General direct and digital marketing expertise with specialization in Email, mobile and direct mail marketing for large company.
• 2 years Hands-on experience using a marketing automation platform such as Oracle Eloqua, Sales Force, etc...
• 2 years Email design/graphic design. Strong UX experience, focusing on responsive/mobile experiences.

Preferred qualifications:

• 2 years HTLM, CSS or JAVA script coding.
• 2 years Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator or InDesign.
• 2 years SQL coding skills for general database queries and reporting.

Providence Shared Services is a service line within Providence that provides a variety of functional and system support services for our family of organizations across Alaska, California, Montana, New Mexico, Oregon, Texas and Washington.
