Key Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming calls with professionalism and efficiency

• Provide strong verbal and written communication

• Use computer systems for email correspondence and document handling

• Upload/download files and maintain electronic records

• Assist with creating and maintaining patient charts

• Support the administrative needs of a busy medical or behavioral health office

• Use Microsoft Office tools including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams Messenger

• Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and providers

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, IM)

• Experience in a medical or physical therapy office setting is a plus

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
