Registered Nurse - CVOR

$2325.60/week –

Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced RN CVOR for an 8-week travel assignment. The role involves providing specialized perioperative care to cardiovascular patients before, during, and after surgical procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Administer patient care in the Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR), adhering to safety protocols and surgical standards.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to prepare patients and assist during cardiovascular surgeries.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond swiftly to any changes or complications.
• Document all patient care activities accurately and thoroughly.
• Maintain infection control standards and uphold patient safety at all times.
• Ensure compliance with all departmental policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Nevada RN license and current BLS (AHA) certification.
• Possess a minimum of one year of previous Perioperative experience, specifically within cardiovascular surgery.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
• Have at least one year of Cardiovascular OR experience.
• Be able to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-stakes surgical environment.
